Will I earn the stated rate on all my money in the account(s) or only some of if?

We have all seen the ads for higher interest, sometimes only to discover that the rate is only a "teaser rate" good for the first $25,000, or other arbitrary amount, and then they drop the rate drastically on other funds in the account.  Our services are different, in that you earn the stated rate on each and every dollar in your account.  We believe this is how it should be, and that it works out much better for you and your family.  It is just how we like to do business.

Are there any added requirements I must do each month to earn the stated rate on my account(s)?

We have all seen the advertisements for higher interest rates, only to be disappointed to discover that we must jump through 10 hoops each month to requalify, or they will lower the rate.  Or sometimes, they will lower the rate anyway, just because they want to.   Our services are different.  There are no "qualifying activities" each month you must perform in order to earn what you signed up to earn.  So, go fishing, take a nap, play with the grandkids, do whatever you want to do.  You don't need to perform electronic transactions, or anything else, to earn the stated rate.

How can you offer higher interest rates on insured accounts?

We search our databases each day, to find companies that offer better rates locally.  Many times, we are able to offer minimum rates that are higher than the maximum rates offered by others.  Many companies have dropped their minimum rates to 1.5% APY, some don't even offer a minimum guaranteed rate, while others offer guaranteed minimums of 3.0% APY.  Make sure you know how low your rate can go before you purchase the product or open the account.  It is also helpful to check a company's track record, to see how consistently they have paid competetive rates to their clients.  Our clients enjoy us doing this for them, before they buy from us.   Long-lasting happy clients, that send us more business and referrals, is what we are after.  It has worked well for us the last 19 years.

Why should I have my life insurance needs analyzed, and policies reviewed?

Currently, life insurance is on sale (the costs have decreased in recent years), but will not always be (costs will be rising in the future, due to market conditions).  Now is a great time to lock in reduced premiums.   Sadly, only 30% of families are protected by sufficient life insurance.  Stack Financial Services is positioned to offer you tremendous value for your life insurance dollars.

What is a guaranteed growth account?

This is an account in which your principal is guaranteed, and the rate of growth of your account is related to the performance of a stock or bond index, such as the S&P 500, Dow Jones, 10-yr US Treasury, or other index.  While the earnings of this type of account varies from year to year,  your principal and earnings credited are never subject to losses due to market risk.

Do you have references of clients in my area, or that I may know, that I can talk to?

Yes.  We have several clients from Springfield to St. Louis, concentrated in the south-central Missouri area.  Several have offered to serve as references for us, and would be glad to speak with you;  folks from Salem, Rolla, Steelville, Cuba, Rolla, Davisville, Licking, St. James, Eminence, Ellington, Malden, Fort Leonard Wood, Jefferson City, Columbia, St Louis, Springfield, etc, are clients, some of them for 18 years.  We also serve clients in other states, and carry licenses wherever we need to.  As of February 2012, we are licensed in Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Florida, and Mississippi.  If you are in a different state, it is not a problem.  Most of our credentials are recognized nationally, and in a matter of days we can be licensed in most states as well (when there is a good business reason for us to do so).

Why are precious metals an important consideration?

When America went off of the gold standard, you could purchase (60) $20 gold pieces for $1,200.00.  Today, the purchasing power of that same $1,200.00 has been diminished, while those same (60) $20 gold pieces are worth approximately $80,000.00.  There is a proper place for hard assets in every portfolio, in moderation.  Investing in precious metals involves special risks.  Before buying or selling precious metals, seek the advice of a qualified professional, that will explain the risks and rewards of investing in precious metals.
